Job Description

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Bartender! Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland opening team! The Bartender will be responsible for the bars and restaurants, under the management of the F&B Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalised welcome to customers and convey an excellent image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.
• Take orders, collect cash, and prepare drinks in compliance with the operational procedures set up by the F&B Supervisor.
• Maintain and clean the work area and the equipment and utensils used.
• Monitor available stocks and anticipate orders by informing the F&B Supervisor in advance.
• Comply strictly with hygiene procedures and rules specific to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Increase sales by using additional sales techniques, managing your cash float effectively, and highlighting events organised within the establishment.
• Assist with running food to guests, ensuring a seamless and friendly service experience.
