Overview

A Cocktail Bartender is responsible for creating alcoholic drinks and providing them to guests in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations.

Responsibilities

• Creating drinks and preparing and serving a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, pouring drinks, and ensuring that they are served promptly
• Exceptional knowledge about the menu in Bellini Bar
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials
• Taking guest orders and cash handling
• Assist the team on the floor when necessary
• Providing cocktail mixology classes
• Providing exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food & drinks menus and readiness to explain and recommend food & beverage contents
• Managing a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
