About the role | Mo te turanga mahiWe are seeking a passionate Advisor (Organisational Development) to enhance ACC's people capability.
You will develop, coordinate, and deliver initiatives that boost our culture, drive engagement, and improve leadership and performance systems.
You will also identify improvement opportunities, design initiatives, and collaborate with business groups for successful implementation.You\'ll be joining a team that knows how to have a lot of fun while staying highly focused on delivering outcomes and making a difference across ACC.

About you | MouThis role offers a great opportunity for growth in the Organisational Development (OD) space.
While prior OD experience is preferred, we are also interested in seeing applications from those with skills in best practice research, analysis and other areas across People & Culture.
Or you may already be an OD Advisor looking to grow your skills further.You'll be willing to not only support the wider OD team, but also contribute by completing tasks such as planning, coordination and logistics.
You'll utilise your advisory skills by assisting with projects and programmes of work relating to the key areas of work at the time.This role has a focus on our leadership development suite of offerings.
You will actively coordinate and lead this area, including logistics, programme management and programme awareness.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills are paramount as you\'ll be engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders at all levels, as well as with external stakeholders such as the Leadership Development Council.With the support of OD team, you\'ll research, diagnose, come up with solutions and deliver pieces of work.
You\'ll be comfortable with facilitation - while this won\'t be a huge part of the role, there will be aspects of it as expected when you\'re working on an end-to-end project.
You will have : Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship management skillsSound knowledge of analysis and research practicesProficiency in digital tools, including some experience with AIExperience developing and implementing organisational interventionsProject management experienceExperience in managing external supplier relationshipsExperience with the Leadership Development Centre suite of programmes an asset, including 360° assessment coordination desirableCoaching Accreditation desirable, but not essential, or a desire to grow in this area would be great
You will be able to : Work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines.Take research, condense it, understand its practical utility and when / how it can be applied.Analyse organisational needs and work with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.Deliver or be actively involved with organisational development / capability development.
