We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engagement, Recruitment, Talent and Leadership group as a Senior Adviser Talent. This group has recently expanded, making it a great time to join our mahi—ensuring Corrections has safe, supported, and capable staff every day.

Reporting to the Manager Talent and Workforce, this role plays a key part in shaping the future of talent management and career development across the organisation. From talent mapping with leaders to designing frameworks and systems, this is the perfect role for someone who loves helping people and teams to reach their full potential and thrive.
