Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a new team member to join our established team based in Nelson, East Lancashire

What you'll be doing :

The people we support are adults with mental health needs and some with dual diagnosis.

Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.

participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.

Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access to the community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

This is within a residential service for 5 adults.

Who you are :

Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.

Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.

Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure

Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.

Must be flexible as shifts will contain weekends and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
