The opportunity
We’re embedding a new First Line Risk & Compliance Business Partnership Model across our New Zealand and Pacific operations. To support this transformation, we’re looking for two exceptional Senior Risk & Compliance Leads to join our First Line Risk & Compliance Team.

Your new role
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values diverse perspectives and works together to deliver meaningful outcomes. The role sits within the NZPAC Risk & Compliance Team and works cross-functionally with other Senior Leads.
You’ll be assigned to specific Business Units, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic risk partner to General Managers and their teams.
You’ll lead the implementation of our Group Risk Management Framework within your assigned portfolios, providing first line oversight, expert guidance, and proactive support to uplift risk, compliance and governance maturity and foster a strong risk culture. You will have expertise and experience in a variety of business areas, ideally with multi-jurisdictional experience across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
