Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you.

Your day will be varied, and it's safe to say, your lunch break view will look different every day!

You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

Position Details

This is a 6-month fixed-term, full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 7am – 3 : 30pm.

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role requiring someone with a good degree of strength, able to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

You're someone who enjoys working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional.

We are looking for someone who :

Can be on their feet for long periods of time.

Is physically fit and able, as the role involves heavy lifting.

Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work.

Understands customer needs and can create a great experience for them.

Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.

Can drive for long periods of time.

Maintains a work area that is presentable and functional.

Is responsible for safety when driving and handling products.

Holds a full, clean NZ Driver's License.
