Our focus is on ensuring that akonga undertaking the Bachelor of Nursing programme are fully equipped and work-ready to meet the demands of the ever-changing healthcare environment.

We are seeking an exceptional registered nurse to join our highly motivated and supportive team in providing nursing education to the future nursing workforce of Aotearoa New Zealand.
As a Lecturer, Nurse Education, you will provide evidence-based clinical teaching for the Bachelor of Nursing programme, supporting akonga to demonstrate the Nursing Council of New Zealand Standards of Competence.
You will be an active contributor to the development and delivery of the programme.
You will teach akonga in the simulation lab, in the classroom, and within clinical settings.
In addition to this, you will be supported to gain a New Zealand certificate in adult and tertiary teaching qualification, and to undertake post-graduate studies.
There is the opportunity for a full-time, permanent position, based in Palmerston North.
Part-time applicants will also be considered.
