About the Position :
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a Nurse Lead who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence in patient care.
This pivotal role involves :
Staff Management : Lead and support a dedicated nursing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Team Empowerment : Foster a culture of trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
Scope of Practice : Encourage and enable nurses to work at the top of their scope, enhancing patient outcomes and job satisfaction.
Change Leadership : Drive innovation and improvement across clinical processes and patient care delivery.
If you are ready to step up into a leadership role, or already an experienced nurse manager this is the role for you.
Mentoring and support will be available for the right candidate.
Key attributes include :
Proven leadership experience in a clinical or primary care setting.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
A passion for empowering others and improving healthcare delivery.
Ability to lead change with confidence and clarity.
A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificate
Clinical experience and passion for, primary care and primary care nursing
Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
