Healthvision NZ is a leading provider of Specialist Homecare, Community Nursing and Rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand.Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The OpportunityOur Community Nursing team is rapidly expanding across all regions, with further growth planned.

To support this development, we are seeking a Team Leader to join Healthvision and help us deliver high-quality, integrated services within your area of responsibility.In this role, you will support the clinical lead and work collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members, and provide oversight of performance, caseload, and referral allocation within the team.This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week), based in Auckland.He Momo | About you : Ideally, you are a Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years clinical experience working in the community setting.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for teaching, mentorship, and performance management who is eager to further develop their leadership capabilities.We're looking for an individual who thrives on challenges, makes the best of opportunities, and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team.

You'll join an established network of Team Leads at Healthvision, operating across a variety of roles to support the Clinical Lead network and contribute to the executive group with strategic input on service improvement and delivery.Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality clinical assessments, treatment plans, and care tailored to the needs of Healthvision service users.Mentor, monitor and support team members under the direction of the clinical lead to ensure best practice and quality care.Contribute to service improvements, training initiatives, and growth opportunities within Clinical Services.Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, service users, and their families to deliver an integrated, person-centred service.Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, community partners, and stakeholders to support service growth.Apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi : Partnership, Participation, and Protection in the way you deliver care and support.Ensure accurate records, reporting, and billing are maintained in line with Healthvision's standards and compliance requirements.Actively contribute to Health & Safety, quality improvement programmes, and continuous service development.The successful candidate will have : New Zealand Registration and current practising certificateA minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally within the community-based environment with knowledge of working under ACC contractsProven ability to oversee, support, and lead a team effectivelyExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with service users, families, and health professionalsStrong problem-solving ability and sound judgement.A demonstrated commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o WaitangiProficiency in computer systems and high levels of skill with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Current Full NZ Driver's LicenseMust have the right to work legally and permanently in New ZealandWhat we offer : You will receive comprehensive training and excellent clinical supportAccess to ongoing education programs to expand your clinical and leadership skills.Free EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) ServicesCollaborative, inclusive and supportive workplaceBirthday LeaveThe chance to work with a diverse team and make a real difference in the communityKo Wai Matou | Our OrganisationWe are an organisation who is passionate about well-being, working closely with our service users, their families, and whanau to wrap around the quality care they need to live life the way they want to and to maximise their independence.
