We're now looking for a dynamic Head of Marine to lead our New Zealand marine proposition.

Based in Auckland, you'll be at the helm of a high-performing specialist team, working closely with our international Lloyd's capacity providers and key broking partners to shape the future of our Marine Portfolio.

What we are ideally looking for :

10+ years' experience in Marine Insurance Underwriting (especially across cargo, hull, and transit classes)

Strategic mindset and commercial acumen to drive growth and profitability

Ability to manage and develop both local and international relationships

While leadership experience is an advantage, we're equally interested in hearing from experienced marine underwriters who are ready to step up and take on a broader leadership role.
