This is a newly created position in Unison's in-house legal team, reflecting the expansion of legal work and responsibilities across the Unison Group.Reporting to Unison's Corporate Counsel, you will provide high quality legal advisory services to Unison Networks Ltd in a commercially relevant and cost effective manner.
In addition, you may be required to provide legal advisory services in relation to Unison Networks' interest in their subsidiary businesses, in line with Unison's Group Strategy.A key focus for this role is drafting, reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of commercial contracts to assist and support Unison's business activities.
In addition, you will provide legal advice to key stakeholders, acting as a "trusted advisor" on legal matters.
You will assess risk and provide options that support stakeholders across the organisation with their decision making.There is definitely scope for career growth and development with this opportunity.
