Continuous Improvement Team Member - Repairs (12 month Fixed Term)

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of a critical 12-month project to overhaul our repairs process from start to finish
• Discovery : map every touchpoint, uncover pain points, identify inefficiencies, review repairs agents and supplier contracts and benchmark against best practice
• Delivery : recommend and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve systems, strengthen supplier partnerships, and remove frustration for customers and our team
• Ensure we meet all CGA requirements and commitments tied to RFPs with key insurance and commercial partners

Qualifications

To thrive, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of how stores operate and what support they need. You will be someone who can look at retail store operations & identify opportunities for efficiency & productivity gains.
