Our small but friendly team are passionate about Commercial Refrigeration and Mechanical Services and take pride in the quality of their work and exceptional customer service.

You will need to have a strong focus on providing top level customer service, working safely, have a solid understanding of relevant industry codes and standards enabling you to perform technical HVAC, refrigeration and electrical work on building services equipment.Participation in an on-call roster (with great rates) and ongoing overtime opportunities are available.Diagnose technical issues and prioritise workload to meet customer service levels and deliver outcomes in an efficient and effective manner.Ensure customer concerns and complaints are managed efficiently and provide resolution.Leveraging the current customer network, identify potential sales opportunities via the provision of cost-effective solutions for repairs, replacements and upgrades.Comply with company policies, procedures, and processes to achieve high-quality business delivery objectives and outcomes to meet and exceed customer expectations.Pro-actively strengthen customer relationships and create opportunities within the Equans business and community.Technical Qualifications And ExperienceRelevant Trade QualificationsEWRB registration as an Electrical Services Technician or the ability to obtain oneA minimum 3 years' experience with : Proven experience in the commercial and industrial service, maintenance and installation of equipment within the refrigeration and building services industryDemonstrated experience with controls and building management systemsExcellent ability to build effective relationships with clientsExcellent communication skillsCurrent clean NZ driver licence, or the ability to obtain oneHow To ApplyIf you are interested and meet the selection criteria apply with an up-to-date resume via the application instructions on this website.
