In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and for all our loyal clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.This position would be ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a desire to contribute to a growing company with a positive workplace culture.Summary : For over 40 years, All-Temp Systems Mechanical has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Milford.

All-Temp partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large company.Responsibilities : Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.Job Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systemsEPA – Universal CertificationValid driver's license / Clean driving recordCompetencies : Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsWhat can we offer you?
