Human Resource Business Partner - Supply Chain

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting our New Zealand Supply Chain operations across three key sites in Royal Oak and Avondale. As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll partner with senior manufacturing and logistics leaders across two operational sites to drive performance, build leadership capability, and foster a strong Team Sanitarium culture. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations and leads a small, dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local people plan aligned with the broader Supply Chain strategy.
• Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead employment relations matters, including collective agreement renewals.
• Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Support change management and workforce planning.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and track progress.
• Coach and develop a team of HR professionals.
