About The RoleThis is a fixed-term contract until the end of March, with potential to extend depending on business needs.
It's an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience across the full spectrum of generalist HR — including coaching, engagement, training and development, performance management, ER, and HR systems and processes.In this role, you'll provide high-quality advice and coaching to managers and teams, building HR credibility through your solid knowledge of NZ employment law and a people-focused approach to engagement and development.
You'll be confident leading performance conversations, managing PIPs, and handling the occasional tricky disciplinary process.You'll play a key role in fostering a positive, progressive workplace culture, while working closely with a supportive, collaborative, and fun team.About YouYou're passionate about People & Culture and genuinely enjoy making a difference in the workplace.
