With steady growth and strong client demand, the firm is now seeking a capable BAS Manager to help lead and develop the team.About the RoleAs a BAS Manager, you'll work closely with the Directors and other senior leaders to deliver proactive client advisory, manage workflow, and support the growth and development of intermediate and senior staff.Your responsibilities will include : Managing a varied portfolio of clientsOverseeing compliance work and providing hands-on advisoryMentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members and an off-shore teamSupporting Directors with client meetings and strategic planningDriving efficiencies and improvements in systems and client deliveryAbout YouYou'll bring : 4+ years' experience in NZ BAS in the public practice sectorCA qualification (or equivalent)Strong client communication skills and commercial acumenLeadership capability and a passion for mentoring othersA proactive, solutions-focused approachWhy This Firm?
