This chance to move beyond execution into strategic leadership, financial acumen, and team mentorship to deliver critical business outcomes for our joint venture, PTx Trimble.As Senior Product Manager, you will drive GNSS hardware strategy & growth, influence product roadmaps, craft compelling value propositions, and facilitate close collaboration with PTx Trimble joint venture counterparts.ResponsibilitiesDrive the Hardware Roadmap : Manage execution of a forward-looking multi-year product roadmap for the GNSS hardware portfolio, ensuring alignment with AgIS goals and PTx Trimble joint venture needs.Manage Hardware P&L : Own product revenue and profitability, develop financial forecasts, and meet aggressive revenue targets.Lead Product Lifecycle Transitions : Own product lifecycle of new and existing products.Communicate Product Vision : Translate complex business problems into tangible, actionable product strategies.Measure Outcomes, Not Outputs : Define and track key business metrics to ensure roadmap drives meaningful product outcomes.Build Lasting Partnerships : Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, operations, and PTx Trimble to ensure smooth product delivery, communication, and stability.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.8+ years of product development experience in agriculture, construction, civil engineering, or enterprise software.Proven track record owning and scaling a complex hardware portfolio (GNSS, precision agriculture, or machine control).
Experience managing a product line's P&L, pricing, forecasting, and cost control.Passion for mentorship with track record of coaching team members or dotted-line reports.Ability to navigate complex joint venture environments and align priorities across boundaries.Clear ability to translate strategic vision into clear backlog and measurable business outcomes.CompensationSalary Range : $144,584 – $195,252 USD.
