- In-field, customer facing role for SenseHub Monitoring solutions (Allflex monitoring)
- Tools : TOT (tool of trade) e.g. Car, Laptop, iPad, etc will be provided
- Join an experienced supportive team in a growing expansive marketIn this role as the SenseHub Dairy Training Specialist you will focus on all aspects of the customer experience once they have purchased a Monitoring solution.

What You Will DoEnsuring that all end users have the required training and support to get the most benefit from our Monitoring, Automation and Milking Intelligence solutionCarrying out the delivery of training and support making best use of the resources within our Animal Health team and our business partnersTravelling extensively across your territory area, working directly with our customers and key stakeholdersDriving awareness of our Animal Health Monitoring, Automation and Milking Intelligence technologiesFault finding of hardware and software systemsLiaising, reporting and testing in conjunction with colleagues and our dealer networkSupporting the technical team in implementing hardware, firmware and software updatesSupporting sales team as requiredAnswering queries and supporting customers on the company user group Facebook pageLiaising with other companies to interface to drafting systems or software systemsEnsuring all end users, staff and business partners are aware of software improvements, new releases and new featuresAttending shows, conferences, field days, training sessions and various sales promotion activities.Assisting the sales team with promotional activities when appropriate such as sales presentations to individual or groups of farmers and supporting dealers at field days and trade showsWhat You Must haveA strong understanding and passion for New Zealand agricultural industriesStrong relationship management skills and a customer-first approachAn ability to engage at various technical and operational levelsAble to assess the training needs and deliver tailored programs to suit customers' needsAble to monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROIExcellent communication skills – written and verbalExcellent analytical skillsAbility to plan, multitask and manage time efficientlyStrong computer skillsExcellent record keeping skillsFull, current NZ driver's licenseWhat You Can ExpectWork autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged and being part of a trusted, leading Global Animal Health organisationExposure to upskill and develop in your roleOn call rosterWorking ratio : 3.5 days in field, customer-facing.1.5 working from home
