We are looking for Retail Assistants (Summer hosts) to support our New Zealand stores during the lead up to one of the busiest times of the year.ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customersPlay a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence during holiday periods and adapt to changing needs as requiredWork effectively as part of the team to support running the store in a safe, fun and efficient mannerWhat success looks likeConfidently and consistently deliver exceptional experiences for customersDemonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and productsShow an active commitment to continuous learning and improvementWork effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the storeAlways uphold the MECCA valuesAvailabilityAs a Retail Assistant (Summer Host) we anticipate shifts from late October
