The Role :

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team.

You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store's success.

The role & responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product

Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets

Process large volumes of stock

Pick and pack click and dispatch orders

Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning

Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

To be successful in this role, you will bring :

A commitment to provide exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience

The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment

Self-motivated and willing to meet / exceed sales targets

Ability to listen and use feedback constructively

Full availability on late night trade and weekends
