Irongate School is growing our team and we need a teacher who is passionate about te reo Maori, structured literacy and numeracy, and who believes learning support is for everyone, every day.
You'll join a kura that is proud of our Kahungunutanga, values whanaungatanga and manaakitanga, and works hard to create a safe, calm, consistent environment for our tamariki to thrive.
This role is perfect for a beginning teacher who is keen to learn, open to coaching and ready to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of our akonga.
You'll be supported by a hands-on principal, collaborative staff and clear programmes that work.
In return, we're looking for someone organized, positive, reflective, willing to support extra curricular activities and is committed to inclusive practice.
If you want to grow your reo Maori, strengthen your practice, and teach in a kura that truly wraps around whanau and tamariki — we want to hear from you.
