Job descriptionDrafting and reviewing briefs, memos, and executive papers. Preparing reports for senior leadership and Ministers. Supporting annual and strategic planning processes. Contributing to performance and risk reporting, including tracking and escalation. Providing insights and advice in a high-stakes, time-sensitive environment. Significant experience in senior advisory or policy roles. Background in government, public sector, or healthcare. Strong written communication skills with the ability to structure complex information clearly. Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations. Understanding of risk management frameworks and reporting. Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Confidence providing advice at an executive level. An adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to play a key role in supporting a national health directorate. This is an opportunity to contribute at a senior level in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly support strategic and operational priorities. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing high-quality advice and documentation to inform decision-making at the highest levels. Your work will span across executive reporting, ministerial briefings, planning, and risk management.
