As our Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you\'ll provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of the store’s operations as well as work closely with your team of fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager. You’ll also play a key role in achieving store KPI’s as well as delivering an unbeatable client experience. Responsibilities

• Acting as an extension to the store management team to manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback
• Promoting a high level of customer service and recommending suitable products to customers after understanding their needs
• Serving as an escalation point for clients and cast member matters and confidently making store operation decisions during core hours
• Holding team briefings
• Supporting the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to achieve store KPIs and targets
• Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes
