Overview
Machine Operator - Night Shift (10.00pm to 6.30am).
We are looking for experienced machine operators to join our Barline.
You should have experience operating high-speed machinery and, preferably, setting and improving lines.
You must follow SOPs and Quality requirements and ensure products are manufactured and packed according to the correct process and documentation.
Responsibilities
Operate high-speed machinery on the Barline during night shift (10.00pm to 6.30am).
Set up and improve production lines to meet quality and efficiency targets.
Adhere to all SOPs and quality requirements and ensure correct documentation.
Ensure products are manufactured and packed following the correct process and documentation.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve.
Physically fit and able to lift 25 kg on a reasonably frequent basis.
Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines.
Passionate about improving the way you work and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Respect Health & Safety in the workplace.
Experience in machine operation, particularly in sheeting, mixing, enrobing, and chocolate tempering is highly desirable.
All successful applicants must undergo pre-employment screening including numeracy / literacy, medical / drug testing and criminal background checks.
