We currently have over 200 employees throughout New Zealand and three manufacturing sites - two in the North Island in Auckland (Highbrook and Wiri), and one in the South Island in Dunedin.The OpportunityWe are expanding our team and are recruiting permanent full-time Machine Operators at our Highbrook and Wiri sites.

As a Machine Operator you are a valued contributor who will help us reach our operational goals.

You are in a hands-on role where your primary focus is being able to safely and efficiently assist in the running the production area; converting raw materials into quality finished goods that our customers trust and love.You will : Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all timesOperate manufacturing equipmentSet up and changeover manufacturing equipmentComplete quality checksCleaning of equipment and housekeepingAbout YouStrong focus and awareness of workplace health and safetyPrior experience working in a manufacturing environment or have an engineering qualificationAbility to troubleshoot equipment issuesAbility to work a rotating shift roster, working both days and nightsLiteracy and numerical skillsMotivated with a hunger to learn new skillsReliabilityHave the ability to work autonomously, whilst being a great teammate and working towards achieving team goalsRoster StructureYou will be working a four-on, four-off, rotating shift pattern.

This means that you will work both days and nights.
