At Griffin's Snacks, we're proud of our heritage as New Zealand's largest snack food producer, with iconic brands like Griffin's biscuits, Huntley & Palmers crackers, Nice & Natural bars, and ETA potato chips.Our manufacturing plant in Papakura, South Auckland, operates 24 / 5 to produce our biscuits and crackers.

We are seeking production team members for full-time roles on fixed shifts : Morning : 12.05am - 8.05amNight : 4.15pm - 12.15amDay : 7 : 55am - 4 : 25pmThese roles are based at our Papakura site, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities include : Operating high-speed FMCG machinery, including setup, changeover, cleaning, and troubleshootingCompleting quality checks and production calculations accuratelyFollowing all health, safety, and environmental proceduresRequirements : At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably FMCGProficiency with computers and technologyMechanical aptitude for machine setup, operation, troubleshootingStrong communication skillsPhysical fitness to lift up to 25kg and work at heightsBenefits : Opportunity to work with a global FMCG leaderFree onsite parking & discounted staff canteenCareer development opportunitiesStaff discount shop productsWe are committed to a supportive, safe, and engaging work environment.
