We are seeking a reliable Assistant Cook to support the kitchen team in preparing wholesome meals for residents in a care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve lunches and light dinners, including alternatives for special dietary needs
- Assist the Lead Cook with meal prep, stock management, and maintaining kitchen hygiene
- Follow food safety procedures and dietary guidelines
- Support the team during busy meal services and special events

8-hour shifts, 7.30am – 4.00pmFortnightly roster : Mon, Tue, Wed, (2 days off), Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue (5 days off).Reliability and commitment to rostered hours are essential.Full orientation and ongoing training are provided.
