We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our supportive and dedicated team at the Mobility Centre.
Are you an experienced administrator with strong financial skills and a drive for efficiency?
We're looking for someone with solid administrative and accounts experience, ideally with a background in retail, to oversee accounts processing and help streamline the day-to-day operations of our stores.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for :
Financial management : Manage payables, receivables, and debt control.
Reconcile financial records, maintain the fixed asset register, and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Assist with MYOB inventory, stocktakes, and pricing updates.
Office operations : Oversee daily office functions, procurement, and vendor management.
Maintain contracts and compliance documentation and support audits.
Systems and compliance : Improve administrative processes, ensure compliance, develop Mobility Centre policies, and train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.
E-commerce and content : Support updates to the e-commerce platform, including pricing and content accuracy.
General administration : Provide general office administration and ongoing support to the wider team.

This is a full-time position,

hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our central Hamilton office.
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Experience in accounts and general administrative roles preferably with a retail background.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MYOB and financial reporting tools.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and strong connections with a wide range of people.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to adapt communication skills to the situation at hand.
