The Assistant Chief Concierge plays a key leadership role within the Front of House team, managing the Concierge operations while providing hands‑on support and coverage to the Front Desk as needed. This hybrid position ensures seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure by delivering exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining close collaboration between the Concierge and Front Desk teams.

What will I be doing?

Concierge Operations

• Oversee all Concierge and transportation functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused service.
• Develop, communicate, and ensure adherence to all luggage handling procedures.
• Supervise and guide the Concierge team, ensuring Hilton and hotel policies are consistently followed.
• Coordinate and monitor timely delivery and collection of guest luggage.
• Ensure proper reception and farewell of VIP guests and Hilton Honors members at both the hotel and airport.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to offer tailored recommendations and experiences.
• Ensure all Concierge team members maintain professional grooming and presentation standards.
• Identify and recommend service enhancements, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities.
