A patient unicorn with the fortitude to wade through several pages of waffle as we try to articulate ourselves in this ad.

In a world where AI engines can generate generic paragraphs on any topic, we risk losing the human art of listening, understanding context, and creating the narratives that matter.

A great content strategist / narrator / wordsmith can elevate a digital experience from commoditised to memorable.

We are looking for someone who is inspired by how generative AI and new tools can evolve our work and outputs.

The machine needs a heart, a funny bone, and we'd like you to be it!

At Alphero, we work with clients in New Zealand and Australia, from strategy and customer vision to design and delivery for impactful digital products and services.

We want you to help us evolve our voice, tell our stories, and embody our brand pillars - inventive, emotive, and brave.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved at every stage of our client lifecycle : helping us articulate the 'why' to win epic work; creating narrative frameworks and stories for client strategies and board presentations; connecting our clients' heart and purpose into the digital experiences we deliver with inspired UX writing that guides users in feeling, understanding, and taking action.

We offer flexibility around hours and the option for hybrid working with a day or two WFH a week.

Plus three months paid parental leave for the primary carer, two weeks for secondary, and everyone gets a day off on their birthday!
