We're always open to great sales talent and are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representatives (TSR) to scale our presence and success in the residential market.

Position Summary
The successful candidate will be a passionate and technically astute sales professional with the ability to deliver high value, turn-key solutions to residential customers.
Based in our Parnell office, the successful candidate will work with a broad range of prospective residential customers across New Zealand and help them achieve their desired outcomes, based on their budget and their lifestyle and further grow the profile of the ZEN product range and residential business.
Scope
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative will be highly results-oriented and responsible for a focused range of tasks, which include :
Consistently achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals
Qualifying warm leads and matching their needs with our capabilities while establishing great customer rapport
Delivering accurate briefs to solar designers to ensure solar solutions are accurate, effective, and efficient
Delivering polished and professional sales presentations to residential customers
Effectively managing your sales pipeline using a CRM / ERP system to ensure maximum success from opportunities
Following company processes and procedures, ensuring accurate information is gathered at each stage
Dedicated to closing clients in a timely manner and deft at thinking on feet to remove objections and deliver great conversion results
Build on-going relationships through professional and timely customer service
Completion of sales-related tasks and timely provision of information to assist project delivery
Support and contribute to a positive work culture
Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings
You will combine your proven sales skills and experience with sound technical knowledge to accelerate growth in the residential business.
Essential Experience
Ideally, you have worked in the residential solar category for several years for a reputable solar retail company- your technical knowledge is substantial.
You will have the ability to interpret technical information, solar designs and modelling, and create solutions based on customer needs.
Experience within the solar industry is essential.
