Join to apply for the Technical Lead - Applications role at Randstad New Zealand.Our client is a large and complex government organisation operating nationally.The RoleAs a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting diverse and complex business systems — both SaaS and on-premise technology components.Key RequirementsExperience in Vendor and contract management – knowing how to use ReadyTech apps will be a bonus.Experience in collaborating across ARTs and participating in ART ceremonies.Experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff.10+ years of experience working for an enterprise in a technology environment.5+ years in a senior position with a focus on technology engineering.Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting diverse, complex business systems — SaaS and on-premise.3+ years working in a true Agile environment, preferably using SAFe.Advanced stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
