Role Overview As a Contract Commission-Only Sales Representative at LogicsBill, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment.
You will operate as an independent contractor, focused entirely on closing deals and earning commission.
You’ll leverage your network, prospect base, and sales skills to succeed — we provide the product, training, and back-office support; you bring the hustle and results.
Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential new clients who could benefit from LogicsBill’s billing and payment-processing solutions.
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) and follow-up with leads to pitch our offering, qualify interest, and close sales.
Present and demo our product (virtually or in-person) where required, tailor the value proposition to each prospect’s business challenges.
Manage your sales pipeline, track prospect progress, prepare proposals / contracts, and collaborate with the internal team to finalize onboarding.
Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets (commissions will be based on closed deals).
Maintain accurate records of prospecting, calls, conversations, and next steps in our CRM system.
Stay current on our product updates, competitive landscape, pricing model, and value-added features in order to articulate benefits and handle objections.
Operate as an independent contractor : manage your own schedule, territory planning, and prospecting strategy.
Required Qualifications Demonstrated success in an outbound sales role, preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS), billing / payment, fintech or related business solutions.
Comfortable working on a pure commission basis , with no base salary – you succeed and earn based on your results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage decision-makers and clearly articulate value propositions over the phone or in person.
Self-motivated, highly driven, goal-oriented and comfortable managing your own pipeline from start to finish.
Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipeline data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
Ability to thrive in a contract / independent-sales model, including prospect generation, outreach, follow-up, closing and negotiation.
Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience selling billing / invoicing solutions or payment-processing software.
Existing prospect network in SMBs (small-medium businesses) or enterprise billing environments.
Experience doing virtual demos and value-based selling.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule and territory.
Compensation & Contract Terms 100% commission based model — no base salary.
Commission paid on closed deals according to a defined schedule (e.g., % of first-year revenue or recurring revenue).
You will operate as an independent contractor : no employee benefits, you manage your own taxes / expenses.
