Civil Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer

Overview

We’re representing a well-established consultancy that delivers a wide range of civil projects across the Central North Island. Their portfolio includes residential and commercial developments, council infrastructure, marine / coastal works, and heavy industrial / geothermal projects. With continued growth and new projects coming online, they are looking for a Civil Engineer who is confident in design delivery and keen to take on more responsibility within the Geotechnical space, such as soil testing. This role offers involvement across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to detailed design, implementation, and project completion. A great opportunity to get stuck into a varied role and be supported by a well-experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil infrastructure designs across transport and / or water projects
• Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, Geotechnical testing and asset management
• Support contract administration (NZS3910)
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Have the support of the wider team to enable growth and development
