Our busy Wellington Airport location is looking for assistance with our operations.
We are looking for what we call a Vehicle Return Agent to be our first point of contact to our customers!
Part-Time position available - working 20-hours per week
Fixed-Term until 31 March 2026
Wellington Airport based
Entry level position with training provided

Responsibilities
Return rental vehicles in a timely and orderly manner and greet customers on arrival at the rental location, assisting with the check-in of the renter's vehicle.
Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare the vehicle for the next rental.
Provide directions and travel information when needed and assist with resolving customer complaints and issues.
Qualifications
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
Shifts
Wednesday : 13.30 - 19.00
Thursday : 13.30 - 19.00
Friday : 13.30 - 19.00
Sunday : 13.30 - 19.00
