OverviewCustomer Service Representative - Fixed Term.

Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferries is a 24x7 operation providing passenger and vehicle crossings across the Cook Strait.

You will be the face of Bluebridge, assisting passengers from booking through embarkation and supporting port operations.ResponsibilitiesWelcome passengers at terminals, check in luggage, and assist with embarkation.Engage with customers over the phone and in person on arrival.Work across the port including car park marshalling and assisting with lines, tying up and letting go ships as they arrive and depart.Perform shift work as part of a fortnightly rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.Be fit and healthy to perform the duties required.Requirements / QualificationsFull, clean driver's license preferred.Applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and have valid working rights (valid open visa or residency).
