Field Engineer (Backend) - 2 Years Contract

Overview

Assist in day to day operation in a Datacentre for the project / maintenance team.

Assist add and troubleshoot on any site devices that need to be added to the backend (if any).

Be stationed in the Datacentre during Project and Maintenance phase of the project.

Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to : General security systems, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems).

Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground.

Education & Experiences

Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate / NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.

2 year(s) of working experience in related fields is preferred for this position.
