OverviewWe are seeking Robotics Deployment & Support Engineers to join our team in delivering and maintaining robotic systems.
This role focuses on the hands-on deployment, setup, calibration, and ongoing technical support of our mobile robots at customer sites and during pilot deployments.
You will also be responsible for customer training, system testing, and relaying field insights to our engineering team to ensure product reliability and user satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive functional testing and validationDeploy, configure, and calibrate mobile robotic systems at customer sitesPrepare client-facing documentation, including user manuals and training materialsTrain customers on robot operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenanceProvide technical support and troubleshooting throughout development and deployment phasesMonitor deployed systems and respond to abnormal behaviors or technical incidentsCollaborate with software and hardware engineers to configure and troubleshoot systems, diagnose and resolve hardware and software integration issues, and collect and communicate field feedback to engineering and product teams to inform future improvementsRequirementsDiploma (with minimum 2 year working experience) or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with the Robot Operating System (ROS / ROS2) and its ecosystemAbility to understand and edit ROS launch / configuration files and basic scriptsHands-on experience with robot calibration, sensor testing, and system validationWorking knowledge of mobile robotic platforms, manipulators, and associated peripheralsComfortable working in diverse environments, including industrial and outdoor field sitesExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused mindsetWillingness to travel for on-site deployments and customer support (regional and occasional international)
