Who We Are
We are a small, progressive property management company located in Christchurch. Our team is friendly, hardworking and specialises in investment properties, predominantly for Opes Partner’s clients (our parent company).
About The Role
- Provide a high-quality service to Landlords and Tenants, enhancing your professional career within a respected company.
- Manage a portfolio (up to 120) making sure rent is paid, inspections are done, and informational needs are met for Landlords and Tenants.
- Enjoy getting out of the office to complete inspections in properties around the city!
About the Team
Join our wonderful team of 10 : a BDM who brings on clients / properties, a PM Team Leader and 7x PM\'s. Our Accounts & Admin Coordinator is also in CHCH. All are hardworking, supportive, and have a great sense of humour! (We also have a team of 7 in our Auckland office).

Proven experience in residential Property Management within AucklandExcellent time management and organisationTech savvy (easily operate phone, laptop and learn software)Trustworthy team player who can work independentlyValues compliance and best practiceCustomer service focused and friendlyMust haves for role
Ability to work 8.30am-5pm weekdaysCan be rostered on for emergency after-hours phone every 7-8 weeksExcellent English language skills (written and verbal)Permanent Resident or NZ CitizenFull driver’s license with ability to driveAcceptable background checksI - Eleanor - look forward to receiving your CV and Cover Letter.
