You'll be involved in : Supporting the concept and detailed design of transmission lines using industry-standard tools such as PLS-CADD.Assisting with structural assessments and designs of towers and poles using Excel, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE.Learning to design various foundation types, including grillage, direct-embed, and pile foundations.Contributing to design reports and project documentation.Participating in site visits and inspections to see your designs come to life.QualificationsBachelor's Degree : A recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Graduate Year : You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.Commencement : You must be able to commence work by February 2026.

We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.A strong interest in transmission line design and a desire to work in the energy infrastructure sector.Familiarity with design software (e.g., PLS-CADD) is a plus, but not essential – we'll train you!
