Our goal is for whanau to be loved and nurtured, strong and happy, stand tall and proud, confident and enjoy life in comfort, companionship and inclusion.Purpose of the roleWe are looking for a Support Facilitator - Mana Tikitiki to work alongside the Lead Facilitator in delivering the aspirations of Ngati Whatua Orakei through the Mana Tikitiki programme.This is a fixed-term / part-time role (10 hours per week) until June 2026, supporting the planning, preparation, and delivery of programme activities, trips, and wananga.
The Support Facilitator ensures tikanga, matauranga, and whanaungatanga remain central in all aspects of delivery, while assisting with the practical organisation and smooth running of the programme.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience working with children, rangatahi, or whanau in education, youth development, community, or kaupapa Maori settings.Confidence in facilitation and supporting programme delivery (e.g. trips, workshops, wananga).
