Korero mo te turanga - About the role
As a Network Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic customers and driving operational excellence across our network.
You'll be the go-to expert for specialised products like food kit customers and seasonal products, Perishables, Dangerous Goods, R18, XL, and promotional campaigns – ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.

Lead the development of industry-leading policies and processes
Support compliance and risk mitigation across specialised services
Coordinate bespoke customer activities and network projects
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and reduce costs
Act as a key liaison for strategic customers, tailoring solutions to meet their needs
Mou - About You
We're looking for someone who's quick to learn, collaborative, and passionate about delivering great outcomes.
You'll have :
Experience managing projects in complex operational environments
A knack for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ideally, exposure to data analysis, lean or six sigma methodologies
A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
