About the role
You will troubleshoot technical issues, respond to support requests, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide in person assistance across our Ellerslie Head Office and Auckland campuses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and creating positive user experiences.
