Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Administrator based on-site in Wellington.
The role entails managing administrative tasks, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR compliance and policies.
The individual will assist in onboarding new staff, organising training sessions, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
Previous experience in HR administration, including managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and participating in recruitment processes
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage HR functions and prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and correspondence
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant administrative tools
Understanding of employment laws and labor regulations; professional certifications in HR are a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling sensitive HR matters with discretion
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
