Position Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and supporting organizational growth. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive work culture and driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified employees.
- Conduct job analysis, prepare job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Onboarding & Training
- Organize and oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.
- Performance Management
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
- Support managers in goal-setting, employee feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Manage payroll, compliance with statutory requirements, and employee welfare programs.
- Employee Relations
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and workplace satisfaction.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational standards.
- Workforce Planning & Strategy
- Forecast manpower needs and develop succession planning strategies.
- Align HR practices with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
- Health, Safety & Well-being
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote employee wellness and occupational health initiatives.
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HR records and HRIS databases.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
