- We have the opportunity available to join the National Public Health Service (NPHS) Prevention Directorate as a
- National Reporting Lead
- . This is a fixed term, full-time role for 24 months.The National Reporting Lead is responsible for understanding, coordinating and documenting the reporting requirements for BSA Programme Service Providers including operational and longer-term monitoring and planning. The primary function of the roles is to :
- Understand the technical reporting solutions across both the operational and data warehouse systems
- Understand current BSA operational and programme reports
- Liaise with BSA Programme Service Provider Data Managers to maintain existing and develop new reports in a standardised manner across BSA
- Gather and document new reporting requirements and work with the supplier / technical team to develop and deliver
- Work with Product Owners and the BSA Programme team on prioritisation of new reporting requirements
- Coordinate and assist with user acceptance testing for new and updated reports

- About you
- You will bring demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage teams in an environment of change, financial prudence and an increasing level of digital maturity across the organisation. You will be a natural problem solver, have good political nous and understand the healthcare ecosystem. You will have proven relationship building skills and well-developed communication skills. Due to the wide-ranging nature of the work in this role, a varied background is welcome.
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience using and developing Power BI reports
- 5+ years of data analysis experience
- 2+ year's experience of business analysis of reporting requirements
- Experience of data presentation and dashboards
- Working for Health New Zealand
