In this role, you’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Lead to promote positive outcomes for the people we support and ensure the highest standard of service delivery. You will assist with staff orientation, find relieving staff when off, monitor support quality, organise team meetings and be the go‑to person for support worker queries. You will foster a culture of collaboration, develop and maintain respectful relationships with the individuals in your care, review and update personalised support plans and build positive relationships with families and other key people.
This position supports two young men who require consistent and compassionate support. They experience challenges with emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, and severe epilepsy. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, apply positive behaviour support, seizure response strategies, and lead your team confidently in complex situations will be essential.
