Field Operator - Plant Pest | Pleasant Point

The role : You will take part in large-scale plant pest control projects in some of New Zealand's most remote and iconic landscapes.

You will be using a range of tools and techniques to manage wilding conifers and other pest plants, contributing directly to the success of each project.

We're hands-on, practical, and results-driven, supporting long-term restoration by protecting native biodiversity from invasive pest plants.

Whether deep in the backcountry or out on the river flats, we cover serious ground and take pride in getting things done in all conditions.This is physically demanding, full-time outdoor work, ideal for those who back their stamina and enjoy working hard as part of a solid team.Location : Our team in Pleasant Point frequently travels to operational sites across the South Island, providing the opportunity to experience New Zealand off the beaten track.

In this role, you will be required to stay away for the working week (Mon-Fri), with accommodation and meals provided.Why join us?
